		<title>Job Strain and Well-being of Teaching Professionals: An Empirical Investigation</title>
		<description>The aim of the current study was to examine job strain and well-being in a group of male and female teaching professionals. The main objectives of the current study were to (i) Examine the difference between male teachers with low job strain and female teachers with low job strain on general well-being.  (ii) Examine the difference between male teachers with high job strain and female teachers with high job strain on general well-being. (iii) Examine the difference between male teachers with low job strain and male teachers with high job strain on general well-being and (iv) Examine the difference between female teachers with low job strain and female teachers with high job strain on general well-being. A sample of 100 senior secondary teachers were selected from one of the Central Universities at Aligarh City  using convenience sampling method of 32 were male and 58 were female teachers. The measures used were PGI Well-being scale (Moudgil et al, 1986) and Job Strain Questionnaire (Singh, 1989). The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics like mean and SD and inferential statistics like t-test. The findings of the current work indicate that mental health of males is better than of their female counterparts. The findings also indicate that high job strain effects the mental health of both the groups and male teachers are influenced more than females on their well-beings. Finally, significant difference was not found between the mean scores of female teachers with low job strain and high job strain on their general well-being. The study has implications for stress management programs for the teachers at senior secondary level to enhance their well-being and specific job related performance</description>

		<title>Analysis and Design of Four Leg Steel Transmission Tower using Staad. Pro</title>
		<description>In this project, the design of steel lattice tower prescribed for transmission of electricity by the categorized  gravity and lateral loads has been studied and analysed for the employment of the project. The analysis has been done by taking different combination of loads and then the design has been come into picture using the code module IS 800:1984.
The present work describes the analysis and design of transmission line tower of 25 meter height viz. various parameters. In design of tower for weight optimization some parameters are considered such as; base width, height of tower , outline of tower. Using STAAD , analysis of transmission towers has been carried out as a 3-D structure. The tower members are designed as angle section.Prior to the design process the convincing site investigation and Envoirmental impact assessment data has to to collected through various modes via Electronic or Print media.
The desired safety factors has been actuated contemplating the selected location i.e Kasouli. The various factors including envoirmental and materials used for the structure is also be considered.The foundation detailing is chosen keeping in consideration the geotechnical investigation data. The software tool used in the process is STAAD.Pro 2008. The load calculations were performed manually but the analysis and design results were obtained through STAAD.Pro 2008. At all stages, the effort is to provide optimally safe design along with keeping the economic considerations.

		<title>Reciprocating Reversible Front Wheel Drive Incorporated in a Trike</title>
		<description>With growing time, there are upcoming new technologies related to driving mechanisms but indeed led to massive emissions and violation of nature laws. Oil consumption is going high and nearly half of the world oil consumption is through automotive sector. Thus there is need for some source, by which we can prevent our nature. This could be done via various methods. One such is- encouraging the use of hybrid trikes. Generally tricycles are less preferred by humans because they require more human effort, they cannot be reversed, doesnâ€™t provide the comfortability, rollover stability is less and are slow in speed. 
Thus this segment aims at developing a reciprocating reversible drive mechanism in a three wheeler trike which has not been incorporated till now and brings out various advantages. Viewing into the context of INDIA, one cannot drive any vehicle without reversing, thus this mechanism allows a vehicle to be reversed and further, it also reduces the human effort required for the vehicle to move (initial torque increases). This hybrid vehicle allows, increasing the speed of vehicle and making it an all- wheel drive. Further suspension system is incorporated such that the full frame is suspended and provides at-par comfortability and excellent rollover stability to the vehicle. Other advantages include low maintenance cost, always in running condition, cheap in price and one of its kinds when it comes to eco -friendly vehicles</description>

		<title>Design of a Drivetrain for Sae Baja Racing Off-Road Vehicle </title>
		<description>With growing time, the participation of the students in SAE BAJA is increasing year by year. The vehicleâ€™s performance is highly dependent on the installation and appropriate use of Drivetrain components. Drivetrain includes powertrain (prime mover i.e. engine/motor) and transmission components (gearbox, shafts etc). Therefore, Drivetrain is also called as the driving force of any vehicle. The proper design of Drivetrain is thus a part and parcel for any vehicle. The lack of literature available for a optimize design of Drivetrain makes it a hard nut to crack for the students who donâ€™t have any past experience. Thus there is a need for some source by which the students can learn to design the Drivetrain for SAE BAJA. The engine vibration is another aspect which is needed to be considered. NVH consideration is another deciding parameter in BAJA vehicleâ€™s performance which if neglected could leads to lethal results. Therefore proper installation of engine mounts is required according to the need.
Thus, this segment aims at developing the Drivetrain for BAJA vehicles which can boost up the performance of the vehicle. Properly use of a powertrain and transmission components for a vehicle along with the calculations according to the need will be discussed in detail. This segment also aims at developing the conceptual understanding of the performance parameters of a BAJA vehicle among the student which will be helpful in their academic curriculum as well

Anyone can easily operate the Android OS.
The main advantage of the android is, open source. Means anyone can download android development software and the ADT and everything which they want and create their own innovations. So the android platform is the best option for the developers to make their logics and test them in the real world.
