Whole body, Arm-Hand Vibration and Performance Drivers Tractors during Conservation Tillage under different Velocity and Soils

The Experiment was carried out to determine the level vibration transfer in three axes Horizontal X, Lateral Y and Vertical Z direction to seat driver tractor, Vector sum of vibration and Daily Vibration Exposure (8 hours) in seat driver tractor, and vibration in steering wheel tractor, Heart Rate, Systolic and Diastolic blood pressure and temperature were measure to all Drivers before and after used Chisel plow in operation tillage. Statistical analysis system was used, Split-Split Plot Design under Randomized Complete Block Design, Three factors were used in this experiment included Two types of Soil Moist and Dry soil which represented main plot, Three Velocity Tractor was second factor included 1.6,3.5 and 5.4 km/hr and Three Drivers Tractor (D1, D2 and D3) was third factor. Result show higher levels Vibration in all direction in seat and steering wheel tractor when tillage dry soil and used high velocity tractor, heart rate increasing after operation tillage but no change in blood pressure and slight increasing (but still normal) in temperature.

Factors Associated with Xylene Exposure

Xylene is an ingredient that is most dominant in spray painting in the automotive industry. When the paint is sprayed, the worker will be exposed not only by the vapor, but also from the mist, a collection of fine particles in the form of a liquid. This study was conducted in one area of car painting in Surabaya. The aim of this study is to analyze factors associated with xylene exposrue. Car painter is a group of workers at risk for exposure to xylene. In addition, workers also do not know the dangers of exposure to xylene against him. This study was designed as an observational study conducted cross-sectional to analyze the relationship between levels of xylene exposure and characteristic of workshops in car painting area in Surabaya. Result of Spearman test for analyzing factors associated with xylene exposure showed a significant correlation on temperature and humidity. Based on the independent-samples t-test it can be concluded that there is a statistically significant difference between two conditions, if the cut off point of this comparison based on TLV, 100 ppm. As the conclusion, there is a relationship between characteristics of workshops with xylene exposure in car painting areas in Surabaya.

Gain Flattening of WDM Network for the C+L Band using Hybrid Optical Amplifier

In this paper the hybrid combination of Erbium doped fiber amplifier (EDFA) and Raman amplifier are projected for wavelength division multiplexed system. Gain flatness achieved for C+L Band through hybrid amplifier is more than EDFA with Gain flattening filter. The hybrid optical amplifier has maximum gain of 25.6259dB, gain flatness of 3.17dB and noise figure less than 6dB at input power -20dBm of each channel.

Performance Analysis of Mixed Line Rate Optical WDM Networks under Link Failure

Due to heterogeneous traffic in next generation Mixed Line Rate (MLR) networks are capable of delivering different bandwidth in a flexible manner. In this paper a simple routing algorithm is proposed to study the case of any link failure in MLR WDM networks. Here Poisson random traffic is used as a dynamic traffic for 24-hour duration. The proposed work can be achieved by deleting the failed link and then finding the new best possible shortest path between source and destination node. According to the traffic load light paths adjustments employ the addition of light paths under congestion and deletion of lightpaths which are not being used at a particular time. Simulation result shows the total number of lightpaths used, total number of addition and deletion of light paths under link safe and link failure case in mixed line rate (MLR) and single line rate (SLR) optical WDM networks.

Survey on Encryption Techniques in Delay and Disruption Tolerant Network

Delay and disruption tolerant network (DTN) is used for long area communication in computer network, where there is no direct connection between the sender and receiver and there was no internet facility. Delay tolerant network generally perform store and forward techniques as a result intermediate node can view the message, the possible solution is using encryption techniques to protect the message. Starting stages of DTN RSA, DES, 3DES encryption algorithms are used but now a day’s attribute based encryption (ABE) techniques are used. Attribute based encryption technique can be classified in to two, key policy attribute based encryption (KPABE) and cipher policy attribute based encryption (CPABE). In this paper we perform a categorized survey on different encryption techniques presents in delay tolerant networks. This categorized survey is very helpful for researchers to propose modified encryption techniques. Finally the paper compares the performance and effectiveness of different encryption algorithms.

Comparative Analysis of Free Space Optics and Single Mode Fiber

In this paper we have done comparative analysis of free space optics and single mode fibre optical channels system. Performance study is done for variable ranges 1km, 50km and 100km for the FSO and SMF channels. Single Mode Fiber and Free Space Optical Channel is observed that maximum Q factor, minimum bit error rate and signal power. FSO requires no licensing or frequency synchronization. It also provides the transmission of data with unlimited bandwidth. Results expose the ability of improving the Q factor by using these channels and the optimum effect concluded at (1km) length of optical rang by using the FSO channel i.e. the quality factor and signal power were increased to reach (1943 ) and (22.46dBm) respectively and MIN. BER is zero.

Basic Accident Cause Analysis of Relations with Individual Commitment in Effort to Prevent Occupational Accidents at Rumah Sakit X

Hospital is one of the workplaces that have a variety of risks that could adversely affect health and safety. Data of occupational accidents in RS X is 1 accident in 2012 and 2 accidents in 2014. The accident data indicate not optimal management control in the implementation of OSH at RS X Surabaya. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the basic causes of the accident with the individual commitment efforts to pevent occupational accidents at RS X Surabaya. This research is a quantitative research with cross sectional design was conducted in October-November 2015. Large population of 180 people and a sample obtained by simple random sampling technique as many as 65 people. Results with Pearson correlation analysis there was no relationship between the length of work with individual commitment. OSH policies, infrastructure, financing, human resources of OSH, OSH training, and the provision of PPE there is a relationship with the individual commitment. Individual commitment are not related to work behavior. Results of path analysis showed that there is a relationship between infrastructure, financing, human resources of OSH, and OSH training with individual commitment. Recommendations are given for the RS X is adjusting infrastructure with attachments Kepmenkes No. 1087 In 2010, the hospital gave budgets sufficient funds for the implementation of OSH, hospitals procure new human resources special of OSH, OSH training in accordance with needs, and RS do efforts to increase individual commitment.

Multi-attribute Group Decision Making of Internet Public Opinion Emergency with Interval Intuitionistic Fuzzy Number

In this paper, an emergency group decision method is presented to cope with internet public opinion emergency with interval intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic values. First, we adjust the initial weight of each emergency expert by the deviation degree between each expert’s decision matrix and group average decision matrix with interval intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. Then we can compute the weighted collective decision matrix of all the emergencies based on the optimal weight of emergency expert. By utilizing the interval intuitionistic fuzzy weighted arithmetic average operator one can obtain the comprehensive alarm value of each internet public opinion emergency. According to the ranking of score value and accuracy value of each emergency, the most critical internet public emergency can be easily determined to facilitate government taking related emergency operations. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed emergency group decision method.
