This research examines the impact of work–life balance on the job performance of academic faculty, with organizational support serving as a moderating variable. Data were collected from faculty members of public sector universities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) using a convenience sampling technique. This approach was considered appropriate due to the geographically dispersed population and limited resources. The results of correlation and regression analyses indicate that both work–life balance and organizational support are significant predictors of faculty job performance. Overall, the findings are consistent with existing literature and provide valuable insights for policymakers and university administrators. The research highlights the importance of fostering organizational support, managing workloads effectively, and offering flexible working conditions to enhance employee performance and well-being. |
